Refund & Replacement

Only products purchased directly on our official Pakistan (www.esrgear.pk)  website can be returned or exchanged. If you have made a purchase from from another reseller, please contact them instead. 

Undamaged and resalable products may be returned for a full refund within 3 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. For more information, please contact our customer support team at care@esrgear.pk

Undamaged and resalable product return conditions include but are not limited to:

Returns must include all unused items sent in the original package.

Returns must be sent in the original undamaged packaging.

Screen protectors must be unused with all contents of the package in their original condition.

The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number provided by ESR must be visible on the shipping label.

Please note this policy is only applicable for products purchased on www.esrgear.pk

We offer up to 1 year warranty only on Wireless Chargers, PD Chargers and Cables

Please note the following are not covered by your warranty:

1). Products without sufficient proof of purchase from us

2). Lost or stolen products

3). Items that have passed their warranty period

4). Non-quality related issues (after 3 days of purchase)

5). Free products

6). Repairs through 3rd parties

7). Damage from outside sources eg: electricity.

8). Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)

9). Products not received due to the incorrect shipping information provided

ESR Pakistan is NOT liable for

• Misuse of the products, or non-compliance with their user manuals

• Any accidental, indirect or punitive damages incurred from use of ESR products, including but not limited to; loss of data, device damage, monetary loss etc.

• Any deliberate distortion or abuse of warranties for personal benefit

Note: ESR Pakistan reserves the right to final explanation of all the above terms.

All quality-related issues for items sold directly by www.esrgear.pk are covered by an extensive warranty on charging products , starting from the date of delivery (see the product warranty timeframe above for more details). If you have a defective or damaged item, you can Contact our customer support team. They will investigate your case and issue you a replacement or refund( Within 3 days of receiving delivery) .

Please note that when applying for a replacement or refund:

1). You must provide the order number of their purchase made on esrgear.pk

2). ESR must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product.

3). Visible proof of the item’s defect is required, such as a photo or video.

4). It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection.

After confirming all necessary information, we can provide a replacement (if within the warranty period) or a refund (within the first 3 days of the warranty period), whichever you prefer

Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of the address to which the item was originally shipped). It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that have passed their original warranty period.

1) Contact Us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and shipping address.

2) Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package.

3) Repack the items in their original packing and make sure to use a sturdy protective box to ship the items that are being returned.

Please note returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements. ESR Pakistan is not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues with items that have exceeded this 3-day window.

Refunds will be issued using the same method that was used to make the payment. The refund process will be completed in about 5-14 working days.
